Pros
I’ve been at Boomi for a few years now and have seen the change from a laid back company owned by dell to an innovative tech company. We have had a drastic revamp of our executive team and have hired some extremely successful people who have taken similar companies public. I’ve felt an urgency to push harder to close deals and expand our business, and I have to say our platform sells itself and makes it easy to close deals. Everyone is great to work with and always willing to help. Awesome opportunity for promotions and career growth since we have doubled our headcount in less than 12 months.
Cons
The main concern is things are changing so frequently it is hard to keep up. If you are looking for a corporate sales role I would not recommend this company because they embody a fast paced start up culture that has the ability to become the Salesforce of the iPaas industry. Takes a long time to learn every product.
