7yHi thanks for your feedback and rating it really is appreciated. Appreciate your comments on benefits and salary as this is an area we are continually looking at. It can be challenging in a "hot" market so thank you for your perspective. I have flagged your App comment to Gavin our CTO. As you know there is a lot of replatforming work going on at the moment but this does have to be a bit at a time. With the Booking.com integration most of this growth will ultimately come via apps so it is an important area for us. Will pass your comments to Gavin and thanks again Ryan
