Pros

* Work life balance depends on team, but most of the team/managers are employee centric. * One of the best company pay wise in India. On top of your pay, you will be getting annual bonus 10% of base salary as well as at times if you do good in your work will be awarded with extra 1/1.5 lakhs annually. * Company culture is good, being a very big company things at times move slowly. But if you are someone looking for stability for longer duration of time, then you can clearly consider it. * Promotions are hard to get once you join a certain team, you can move internally and can get the promotions more fast rather than staying in the same team for longer duration of time. * The Boeing brand value in the Resume will add an extra point in you CV for sure. * If you are planning to study while working, it supports the same with a limit of 25k USD annually.

Cons

* Sometimes the management could be bad, and will face a lot of micro management in the team. * Working on legacy projects, could somewhat degrade your skills as tech stack could be old. * Nowadays it has started strictly following the hybrid work culture for 3 days mandatory office.

Pros

Easy going, nice benefits, free further education (masters/PhD). Great for an engineer starting out who needs to dip their feet in the pool of engineering for a few years and to get a great 401(k) match at the start of your career (compounding growth). Great for late stage career due to the benefits and solid enough pay in a low cost of living area

Cons

pay-scale lagging, no emphasis on learning new things, no punishment for people who are bad at their job. After working for 4 years, I feel like I should have jumped ship after 2. I haven't been given meaningful work that really challenges me in a while. Now I feel pigeonholed into staying because I have enough years of experience that I really should be considered senior, but I haven't been given work that reflects what I senior engineer should be capable of. Now I'm trying to jump ship before it's really too late. If I stay here another 2 years I think I will be genuinely unemployable and will have to stay at this company forever.
