      Pros

      Fully flexible. A true entrepreneurial spirit. And genuinely nice people. There are also some really cool office perks...or at least there used to be before the latest restructure.

      Cons

      Lack of decision making. Unclear direction and commitment to objectives. No security. Low salaries.

      Great work environment. Lovely company. Doesn't feel evil

      Cons

      A lot of older technology and obsolete frameworks. Having to develop with ember made me feel like my relevant skills were atrophying.
