      Pros

      Super sharp group of people. Still keep in touch with most people I worked with after leaving.

      Cons

      Typical of a startup, it was a lot of work. Work/life balance wasn't always a top priority. There's wasn't a ton of mentorship or upward mobility available.

      Remote work. Solid support for a smaller company. Rapidly evolving in a fast moving field.

      Cons

      The company was purchased by a group of bloodsuckers known as Thinkful. Worst thing to happen to the world of education.
