Pros

The firm continues to get better and better and has done a great job navigating the pandemic. There is a lot of transparency, and firm management really cares about the employees. Employees are collaborative and work across departments to accomplish various initiatives. The people are friendly and devoted to their work and the firm. It is a supportive and team-oriented environment, and very focused on the future and on making necessary adjustments to ensure even stronger future success and to be highly ompetitive in the marketplace. The benefits are great and the health care contributions differ based upon salary levels. Each of the offices has a variety of activities to keep people connected and there is a strong sense of camaraderie .

Cons

For people who don’t like or can’t adjust to change, it can be difficult, as the firm really strives to stay abreast with the latest technology and strongly emphasizes innovation. For the few who are stuck in the past or resistant to newer ways of doing things, the pace of continued modernization can be a challenge.

Pros

The company feels like home, family-like, they say they respect home-life and has a lot of attorneys with real family and adult lives. Most ppl are friendly.

Cons

Ofc, that does not apply to junior associates. Partners hog work away from junior associates, partners are not interested in training juniors. no middle associates to train due to burnt out / low pay life. The firm has a reputation of churning out young female attorneys and lays them off once they feel burnt out.
