Some members of senior management truly care about the employees as human beings and go out of their way to help when they can
Cons
There are some managers who engage in abusive and openly discriminatory conduct. Senior management does not seem to be able to stop them given the length of their tenure at the firm and how deeply embedded they are in regular processes as a result
