    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock.

    Interview

At the beginning of the application process you have to complete a virtual cover letter. I was asked two answer about my motivation for applying.
In the next round I had two half an hour interviews. One was supposed to be more behavioural and the other one more technical. In the technical interview most questions focused on my knowledge about banks.
The assessment centre had a group study where we had to work as a team and do a presentation. On top we had two half an hour interviews (again one technical and one behavioural) with similar questions to the first round of interviews.
