Excessive restrictions over what AI and technology to use. There is no cutlery in the office. Not even glassware or plates. I've seen colleagues eat cake from paper cups. In an 11T AUM company. Blame culture. Middle managers will throw you under the bus to save their own skin. It literally feels like you're a stormtrooper in the Galactic Empire.
