Pros
Remote locations to work from, great work colleagues in the localised teams, some very intelligent people to work along side
Cons
Management is non existent, they seem to have a process for a process which is archaic, however seeing where HQ is located, it makes so much sense! People who are considered "Senior Management" have absolutely zero people skills, a huge lack of empathy and in some cases have a total lack and understanding of how to manage people in general.
