      It is a good environment to grow and learn as junior. Opportunities for growth and promotions are available to an extent.

      Cons

      Somewhat disorganized management, some managers micro-manage. While knowledge is generally shared inside the company, it is not focused on gaining new skills or bringing knowledge from outside.
