Pros
Flexible hours, the ability to work from home when sick or bad road conditions, great compensation and bonuses, paid training and certifications, cutting edge technology, longevity of employees, internal university for genernal business knowledge and skills.
Cons
The paid vacation is on the low end (2-3 weeks) and no sick days (even though some employees can work from home). That's about the worst I can say after working here for several years.
