Pros

The Irish office is brilliant. Full of nice people and the facilities are perfect. The culture in the office is wonderful, with work-life balance being very important to all levels of staff.

Cons

The salary is not great. It's ok for the West of Ireland, but with remote working available to most, it just cannot compete with companies in Dublin, Galway or Limerick. They could try and compete, but the US office does not supply sufficient funding to the Irish office to do so. The old CEO loved the Irish office and although he had some questionable ideas, he would have this office thrive right now if he was still in charge. The current CEO took over and would probably close the Irish office down today if he could. He does not care for the Irish office - it's just something at the back of his mind. In his 3 or 4 years in charge, he still has not even bothered travelling over from Utah to visit the 70-90 staff members. The Irish office is neglected and all of the benefits of the amazing office and staff has come from the work of the Irish employees and the previous team in the US before Jonathan Johnson took charge. He is not responsible for anything worth talking about.

Pros

The best work culture that I have ever witnessed. All colleagues are very helpful and super friendly. I love how everyone connects with each other and collaborate on issues. Tech stack could be much better but I think its the hierachical problem due to funding.

Cons

The biggest problem is the company decision making. The board is not getting right anything. constant Goal shifting and board members changing. Many higher executives left because of companys decision making. Some left after joining in a month. The company work culture is absolute best and almost everyone is so helpful and kind. It is the board and senior leadership which is the biggest cause of concern. Anyways wish best of luck for future. Don't know if this company is gonna survive another 5 - 10 years. Future looks dark for this company

Pros

If you want to experience constant stress, zero appreciation, and total disorganization, this is the perfect company for you. You’ll get endless opportunities to work overtime without recognition, juggle constantly changing priorities, and watch your hard work go unnoticed—all while management ignores every concern you raise. Truly, a masterclass in how not to run a company

Cons

Management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional, creating a toxic environment where employees are overworked, undervalued, and regularly ignored. There is no clear direction, no support for personal or professional growth, and communication is chaotic at best. Unrealistic deadlines are the norm, and any attempt to suggest improvements is quickly dismissed. Overall, it’s a place where morale is always low and employee well-being is clearly not a priority- Worst HR in Sligo office
