BVM has come as close as they can to creating a stressful environment. I have worked as a publisher at BVM for over a year and I've never heard one person yell, belittle, or speak behind anyone's back.This company gives off the most positive energy I have ever experienced in my work career.

When you work for yourself, you need to make every hour of every day count, especially until your magazine has been launched. In order to get advertisers you need to make a lot of calls every day. You do not need sales experience to make calls, but you need the type of personality where you only look at your successes and not the rejections that are part of all sales jobs. BVM is there to pick you during your low times
