      Pros

      I receive support, training, motivation and daily guidance from BVM. While this position depends 100% on you, you do have a full support team that's always there. I have a strong work-ethnic with many years of sales under me and this truly the perfect job. The harder I work the more I earn. Just that simple.

      Cons

      I wish there were other BVM magazines near me, so I could cross-sell into them.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
