No Growth - Research Associate Best Practices Employee Review

Thanks for your contributions while you were a member of our India research operations organization. I am saddened that felt there were no “growth” opportunities. It’s true we are a “flat” organization so hierarchal growth is less relevant. However, we strive to present growth to employees in India and the US through diverse roles, diverse kinds of projects, opportunities to lead projects and support projects, opportunities to participate on diverse teams, and opportunities to create new research approaches.
