You are taught to upsell Products are fun Great team Working at Fenwick is nice

Cons

Extreme pressure to sell and push products on people who don’t need/want them Forced to go out onto the shop floor and collect people, no one enjoys it No interest in teaching you about makeup Salary isn’t fantastic Benefits aren’t fantastic No communication from management
