      There really wasn't anything redeemable about this job except for the other beauty advisors I worked with.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! Poor quality, over priced products. All gimmick. Traffic stopping is demeaning and not an effective way to build brand loyalty. Pushy sales tactics are encouraged/forced.

      nothing really other than the pay and the girls in boots.

      EVERYTHING!!! Firstly I currently get bullied by my account manager because she has fallen into the ways of the area managers who are vile vile people! They do not care in the slightest about you as a person all they care about is sales and getting bums in the seats. Get ready to force people to buy products from you and feel super degrading. They still aren't buying? guilt them into buying it is what they make you do! I would never work for a company like them again. Currently searching for a new job. Prepare to be bullied into doing shifts you don't want to do, disrespected, and talked down to . My account manager makes me cry almost every day in work.

      Pros

      I had a lovely team of girls my counter manager was lovely and very fair.

      Cons

      Salary is low Commission is terrible Line Managers are unhelpful you’d be lucky to get a nice one. Training is extremely fake. Not as much as a cup of tea is offered at most trainings. Benefit prefer to pay influencers and send them on luxury trips than pay there staff a fair wage or provide any benefits. No hurry to train any employees.
