Undervalued Underpaid and Overworked! - Anonymous employee Bendon Group Employee Review

This company does not value their employees resulting in a high turnover of staff. The company as a whole uses bully tactics in order to achieve results and will make you feel inadequate basically crap on their shoe. They cannot run a business properly in terms of strategy and there is zero training or development for employees. There deadline requirements are ridiculous and they are completely unprofessional and unsupportive. A very negative environment to work in.
