Cons

This company does not value their employees resulting in a high turnover of staff. The company as a whole uses bully tactics in order to achieve results and will make you feel inadequate basically crap on their shoe. They cannot run a business properly in terms of strategy and there is zero training or development for employees. There deadline requirements are ridiculous and they are completely unprofessional and unsupportive. A very negative environment to work in.

Stepping-stone into a better job in fashion or retail

Cons

Badly run company with no clear business or brand vision. High staff turnover, diminishing marketing budgets, product delays and constantly changing priorities made it impossible to implement anything with long term traction. Senior management rely on charisma rather than business acumen and then resort to blame and bullying when results were poor. As a result office culture was highly toxic.

No people training, no visibility into true business performance, aggressive culture more focused on blame than collaborative problem solving. Generally unhealthy state of tension and negativity perpetuated by business leaders.
