      Pros

      High compensation - which turns out is not even worth the pain. There is no other pro in working at this company.

      Cons

      Every other thing! People are mean, it is a toxic culture, leadership is unqualified, turnover is skyrocketing. The people left get all the work for no reward. You'll be working around the clock and that is expected. Working here takes a mental and physical toll for no reward. Don't believe anyone, don't take a job here for the sake of your own sanity.
