Pros

Excellent exposure to all aspects of company. Plenty of opportunities for learning. Bonus programme. Nice hybrid working approach in team. Nice people.

Cons

Salary could be better. Certain people who do not perform well and are abrasive are not reprimanded and do not face repercussions. Huge project ongoing and no project team was hired to complete it so workload is high. Bonus is based on performance of your local company as well as personally - should only be personal basis. Some managers cannot manage well.

Pros

Nothing to gain here for growth

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
