You are just a number at Baxter. Expected to run like a robot. No work/life balance AT ALL. Very inconsistent with policies. What is allowed for one person is not allowed for another. Very toxic place to work and sucks the life right out of you.

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
