Pros

Very strong cultural identify across UK and Ireland. Good ethical company that pays attention to the small things that matter to its employees. Great opportunities for development and have experienced this in a short time since joining. Competitive salaries vs the market. Very happy since joining. Strong results during the COVID period.

Nothing to gain here for growth

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
