Pros
Employees are incredibly dedicated to helping patients-the mission is ingrained. Company loyalty to employees is higher than most and vice-versa. Employees get along well and are very social in the workplace.
Cons
Employees never leave or rotate roles so intellectual growth and change are impossible Procedures, processes, policies...paralysis Too many old, outdated products consuming resources-especially in R&D.
