      Good salary and benefit. The office locates in a landmark building in a prestigious area. Well equipped with working tools

      Cons

      Unstable business due to short-term oriented management. It leads to so many changes (not all is good) that affect moral. The environment is not collaborative and dynamic

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
