Work load and expectations are totally unreasonable and not realistic.
Toxic management who cover up sub standard care. DICE tool is inappropriate and likely fomulated by an accountant not a clinician. Staffing ratios are appalling and not safe. Deputies are expected to do 3 or 4 peoples jobs and will be constantly ripped to shreds by upper management for minor issues. The documentation for clinical oversight is poorly structured and repetative. The current systems are not robust and when the system crashes.. which happens all the time, staff are then under even more pressure and scrutiny. Micromanagement from upper management is soul destroying. Salaried position but expected to work double the hours for the same pay and no TOIL due to short staffing. Zero work life balance.
