We are not anti WFH, most departments allow a hybrid model once a probation period has been passed. If a person with zero experience in digital marketing applies for a junior/entry level role here, then that person will have little knowledge. Therefore one on one training is required, which we deliver in-house. Budget for training is always available. To be called penny-pinching and tinpot isn’t just unfair, it’s factually untrue. We will always pay a wage that benefits the employees’ level of skill and attitude.
