Pros

It is a great place to learn and develop throughout your career, with plenty of team support and recognition along the way. The variety of industries and client sizes provides excellent opportunities to broaden your experience, while also giving you the chance to make a real difference in the day-to-day. Your hard work is valued and recognised, making it a rewarding place to grow professionally.

Cons

Similar to any other agency, it is a fast-paced environment where a lot can happen in a single day. Agency life is not for everyone, especially within a smaller agency where individuals tend to have greater visibility and responsibility. However, this is a normal aspect of agency work and is no different from what you would experience elsewhere. Rather than being a negative, it provides opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Pros

Location Colleagues Music on a Friday

Cons

Quick to let you go and pretend they care about you the whole time when in reality you're just a number. Will let you go and leave you in complete shock when you've worked so hard to prove yourself yet you're just another number. No proper management skills, passing the buck from person to person. No one stands up for you, gives you proper guidance or support and left to make mistakes with no proper help. To be let go out the back door with no chance to say goodbye was ridiculous especially when you try your hardest in a role you could easily do. No care in the world just a waste of time. Anti-remote working, and management are cocky and rude. Such favouritism and a heavy drinking culture. Had some awful comments made to me from a former manager which were nasty and trying to embarrass me. Never felt so low from a job that I actually did really care about, such a shame.

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write us a review on GD. We are truly sorry your time with us was such a bad experience. We have never nor ever will treat anyone as a number, but we do have to make business decisions based on the output of any employee. To hear you feel that time here was a waste to time is hard to take, and we don't view your tenure the same way. Your comments about the lack of support and ownership is important to us. We strive to ensure that no one feels unsupported, and we are continually working to build better support networks and training sessions for our team members. We are extremely disappointed to hear that a colleague in a management position made comments that embarrassed you. This is something we will investigate, as it is never acceptable or tolerated. Our Work From Home (WFH) policy allows for three days from home and two days in the office, with some team members working fully remotely. Our office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, and no one is expected to work beyond these hours. While managers may do so, it is not expected. Everyone here contributes to our success, and we thrive or falter as a team. The success of the business relies heavily on the people and their performance. We will take your comments seriously and work towards improving ourselves and our processes. We wish you all the best in your new role and hope you find success and happiness. Thank you again for your comments.
