Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week.
No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager.
Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
