Pros
The new office space is modern and well-designed, creating a comfortable environment when you're onsite. There's also good flexibility to work from home. There are still a lot of genuinely great people working here.
Cons
I used to love working here because of the strong, people-first culture. Unfortunately, over time, leadership priorities clearly shifted toward profit over people. Morale has noticeably dropped, transparency has declined, and what was once a collaborative and supportive environment now feels more corporate and transactional. Talented people are leaving, and the sense of community is fading. It's disappointing to see culture take a backseat to short-term gains.
