      None that I can think of

      Cons

      Leadership hires friends. Great employees get bullied and overlooked. Lack of team work as a whole. No one wants to help the other. Bad attitudes get rewarded.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
