      Pros

      Loved my job; got to travel across the USA installing BD/Pyxis Supply Cabinets (Stations) and training hospital nursing staff on how to use them. Enjoyed working on a cross-functional project management team.

      Cons

      Role required 90% travel which could bring about feelings of isolation at times; lack of a solid training program meant we had to learn things on the fly and rely on others for answers.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
