      Flexible, stable job, encourages training for career development, good benefits with plenty of PTO. Talented employees, cafeteria, clean restrooms, good pay.

      Cons

      Can be tough to get promoted if you lack proactive self development, or if you are not a team player. Frequent manager changes.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
