Manager not objective on issue. They tend to be very personal on individual depend on group they are in. Out to remove old staff who speak the truth and work well with operation crew. No training and development plan for individual. These training and development very much depends on the manager preferred. Manager like to create conflict and unhappiness among his team or members which help him to manage his staff easier . Mass turnover which hr doesn't take any action but just let the issues be cover up. Politics player who only interested in his political game rather than to put his effort n time on issue. Refuse to listen to others and like point finger and jump into conclusion based on his thinking.
