1. Good pay structure: No variables in CTC , you will get all your without any deduction.
2. Flexible work timing and office environment is very cool.
3. No politics
Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.
Cons
Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
