Pros
Work there for 2 years.Products are interesting. You are exposed to various technologies. Lot of networking and highly skilled people. It is a great learning opportunity but do not stay that long. The pay is borderline ok. There medical insurance is good.
Cons
Too many policies, micro-management and unreachable goals setup by management. Attendance policy is strict and very harsh. Too much calls expectation for technical people. It is more like a call center than a technical call center. As a tech person, you will feel like a walking answering machine sometimes. Bonuses are a joke and always end up being less because you didn't meet the goals. You got only trained once when you are hired. After that, you are on your own and will learn on the floor. Some of the staff is "cold impolite" (loud burps) and not professional and not welcoming.You either get along with people or don't. A lot of immature people. No office culture.
