Pros
Barbri makes it easy to work on campus with flexible hours each week. The management is extremely flexible and easy to deal with. I would recommend signing up as a 1L and tabling to get the course.
Cons
I don't think there are very many cons of working for Barbri. I haven't had any issues. They are actually giving out extra incentives that the reps weren't expecting.
