Pros
If you're a customer looking for a bargain, or even staff looking for a bargain, this is the place to go. I get along fantastically with 90% of my coworkers. The work itself isn't too difficult (I work in Customer service)
Cons
Management. The management at my store has been rocky to say the least, we've gone through 4 store managers this year. I've been asking for more hours and longer shifts for over a year but still only get 8 - 16 hours a week. The managers are terrible at putting up the rota, it can be 5pm on Saturday and you won't know if you have work the next day or not. or 3am while you're asleep a supervisor will message you asking if you can start 2 hours early the next day (but you've already set your alarm for you regular shift) so you miss out on 2 hours overtime because of their competence. Other thing is pure favouritism. Friends with the manager? You can have 5 breaks and do little to no work at all. Nice for some, awful for everyone else who has to pick up the slack.
