In Axel, you can surely see and develop bleeding edge products and services in the broadcast audio market, provided you are ready to work your way out on delivery time
Cons
after two years spent there, developing a complex new product, i feel that committing to project management best practices in NOT a first priority, sometimes i felt i had to supply for tasks other people should have been in charge of. maybe it's because it's a SME of 50 people only dealing with lots of product/services (not very focused portfolio)
