Aviva Motor Claims have moved away from being a target driven department to now being 'system thinking'. This has been a good decision giving advisors a lot more control and freedom. Opinions are valued and feedback is constantly asked for. Aviva are always looking for ways and opportunities to grow. Department is now relocating to Perth, Scotland.
Cons
Not every manager grasped the concept of 'system thinking' and would work and expect you to work towards targets.
