    I worked in OPP, Hatch st. Lovely place, lovely friendly people. Agile transformation was great advancement.

    Cons

    Salary could be better. Scattered workforce.

    The other team members make the job

    Cons

    Management is very poor, bullying their team members is common practice, the wages are lowest I've ever been paid and there is no scope of people to progress within their roles.

    Good training (1 month paid in classroom and in the office) Friendly people Nice hours (2 breaks plus 40 minute lunch) Good first job to gain office experience

    Piers, convenient city centre location and decent salary and great benefits

    Bad management, micro managing, expected to out in long hours with no compensation or time in lieu and no work life balance
