Sweat shop environment - Anonymous employee Aviva Employee Review

It's a sweat shop type of workplace with only 30 mins lunch. Management lacks the skills to actually lead their teams. If you want to get promoted, you will need to kiss the ground the manager walks on. Favouritism is how you will be promoted, and not because you have the skills and knowledge. I don't think I will be staying for the company much longer
