Pros
Avidity is a great company to work for. It offers products that can makes a difference in the society. It is a company with mix of good people, good management , good work environment which makes work enjoyable. Focuses on employee growth and development along side business.
Cons
There use to be limited parking space which was a down side but it has been resolved with the new big office with lots of parking spaces. A little bit difficult to commute via public transport.
