      Company in Midst of Identity Crisis

      Pros

      Decent pay, work-life balance, quality products.

      Cons

      Company unsure what direction it wants to go. Gone is the family feel when it was Edstrom Industries, now more of a corporate overlord structure. Business has moved from primary focus of auto-watering to a variety of other offerings that seem forced and unwelcome by customers. Users/customers are also starting to take notice to the forced approach and what used to be a very happy customer base it starting to erode.

      Easy work, good pay, on the job training.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Wait until last minute to tell you where in the country you’re going to. No communication. Expect you to meet other workers at their home and ride for hours in their van so they don’t have to pay for your transportation and parking. Fired a tech for not wanting to rent a car and drive their supervisor around in it after working hours.
