Pros

Good product. Overall a great group of colleagues. Snacks and drinks provided.

Cons

Awful upper management with no people skills. Many many people quietly leaving without explanation. More hiring results in more firing.

Pros

-Amazing product that is fun to use and has the potential to seriously disrupt the market. The focus on ease of use, visual user experience, powerful integrations and well thought out features makes it unique compared to other marketing automation software out there. Autopilot is quickly on its way to becoming "the next big thing." -Growing very fast which means every single person on the team matters and has a huge opportunity to make an impact. Excellent chance for those early in their careers to work on a broad range of projects and help shape a rapidly growing startup. -Unlike many startups, the company knows what direction they are going and are transparent about it. Leadership is very results-oriented and sets clear goals, such that everyone knows their priorities and what they should be working on at any given time. After coming from the opposite spectrum, this is a breath of fresh air. -Fun, passionate and high energy team and leadership. The people are brilliant, yet humble - I learn something new every day. It's the kind of company that makes you want to do a good job and give 110%. The org. structure is flat so there is a chance to work closely with upper management on a daily basis. -Excellent perks. Let's get real - dogs, ping pong, free food, unlimited PTO, Aussies and beer on tap... what more could you ask for?

Cons

-It's start up life and the long hours are expected. There's a reasonable amount of "hustlin" and last minute "make it work" moments, but isn't that part of the fun?
