Advanced inspection hardware technology and customers.
Cons
Mountains of new hire paperwork, including a very restrictive non-compete agreement. Onboarding is non-existent. (3) different logins and platforms for CRM, order tracking and quoting. $5 million annual quota for each regional sales person is beyond ridiculous. They'll give you duct tape and pliers and ask you to build a sky scraper. Very dictatorial, antiquated old school management style. They will cheat you on your last paycheck! Very unethical company. Do not recommend.
