      Pros

      Some really nice employees, but terrible management.

      Cons

      To start off the management is horrible, they expect the world from you and give no help. They have no type of training, throw you in the water and hope you can swim. Management will fire you with no warning and not give you a reasoning behind it. They will act nice to your face and treat you the total opposite way. I would not recommend working here with Joe Bioty and Kam Lau as top of the company.

      Employees are dedicated and eager.

      Cons

      Leadership is delusional and they don’t know how to take care of their people. Everyone to them is stupid and replaceable which is sad because they’ve had some really great people on staff.
