Pros
Offices are downtown so you can look forward to exploring on your lunch break. Okay pay.
Cons
From the get go it was difficult working there. I was my own IT person for the first 3 weeks because they use old, clunky computers. I fully agree with the previous review talking about the CEO and the organization of the company, they hit the nail on the head. I was frequently berated for "communication issues" when I would communicate with people multiple times a day but get no response from anyone, was seldom told about anything I was doing to their standards. I was hired as the Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator which morphed into a quasi sales position and was never told about the expectations and responsibilities for that when I was hired, but was expected to know somehow. Then eventually I ended up shredding contracts all day because I would get my other tasks done and no one would accept help. I was told I could not work from home despite others having the ability to do it as they pleased. Ultimately I was let go because I decided to stay home sick for 2 days during a global pandemic. Steer clear of this place if you want to be treated like an adult.
