I was called for an interview with the Director. We reviewed my past work experience, he asked the typical questions about your past. I was called for a 2nd interview where I again met with the Director and was asked some hypothetical questions that pertained to the job then another individual came in and talked with me. About 1-2 weeks later, I received a job offer.

Good and smooth process. Met with department director and assistant director going over job duties and daily life. Went over daily process and life in claims department. Asked how I would handle calls and deal with situations

Interview
Phone interview, first ask about the resume, previous project, then ask basic concepts in image processing, then ask algorithm design for object detection, then do a simple coding test. In total the interview takes 50 minutes.
